One-time setup · $490 · any plan · waived on annual

It starts with your website

Sign up, Ekkoo scans it, you review, we polish and test. The same work behind every demo on this site, for your business.

1. Start with your website

Paste your website link. That is all we need to begin; a menu, brochure or spreadsheet works too.

2. Sign up

Create your account and your first assistant in a minute. The setup guide walks you through every step after that.

3. Scan

Ekkoo scans your website and pulls out your rooms, dishes, products or services, with photos, prices and short distinct titles, plus the facts guests ask about.

4. Review your catalog

You check what the scan found, keep what is right, fix what is not. Nothing goes live without you.

5. Design & branding

Your logo, colours, a background photo, the kiosk look, done with you, not a template.

6. The assistant's brief

How it greets, what it offers first, what it must never say. Written like a receptionist's, in your voice.

7. Quality testing & improving

We talk to it like real guests, vague questions, hesitations, two languages, and fix what we find before you launch. Then once more after a week of real use.

8. Integrations, screens & links

Every button (Book, Reserve, Order, Request a callback) wired to your system by API, or to an email inbox on day one. Kiosk mode on your touchscreen, a link for your site, a QR for tables or the lobby.

Then you run it yourself

No tickets, no developer. An easy to use back office, even on a phone.

  • Add or edit items - photos, prices, stock, sizes, from any device
  • Teach it facts: policies, FAQs, opening hours, directions
  • Change what it says and offers first
  • Branding: logo, colours, background photo, dim
  • Languages: it listens in 40+ and answers in the guest's
  • Read every conversation and lead in one inbox
  • Pause, cap or hand off to a human any time

Questions

What is a conversation?

One guest, one session with your assistant, about three minutes on average. Walk-ups that only hear the greeting are free.

What if I use more?

Per-conversation overage at your plan's rate, never a surprise bill, every assistant has a session cap (10 min) and a daily cap per guest (30 min).

Is setup really one-off?

Yes. $490 once, for any plan, waived when you prepay a year. It covers everything in the setup list, including the quality round.

Can I cancel?

Monthly plans cancel any time; your catalog and conversations stay exportable.

Not sure which plan? Talk to a demo first, or write to Sam, a hotel, a shop and a restaurant are already set up to show you what yours would be.
